I moved to Costa Rica a year and a half ago, thinking I'd move back some day, but what you say is true. Affordability is not a thing in North America. And in Latin America, people are so nice, kind, thoughtful, helpful. Not so up north. I love it here, love the people, do not want to go back into ugliness. EVER. Thanks for putting this out there!
