It's well past time for everyone to stop having children, at least for a while, and certainly never more than two. And it's past time to put an end to mega-monoculture farming, yielding to "victory" gardens in every back yard (and front yard too, for that matter). Too many people, too few resources, too much heat, drought, pollution... Get the population down by about half and these problems will go away.
