Oh, you sweet thang!!! Thank you for this wonderful piece. I'm a huge label reader and know about this sugar problem in processed foods, but so many folks have no idea how much sugar they consume! Getting off sugar can be traumatic but so healthful... reducing blood pressure, blood sugar spikes, stress, sugar crashes, and body fat. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You're such a sweetie. :D
