Saddest thing I have ever read. Thanks for sharing, Doc. This isn't fat-shaming, as some might accuse. It's tragic, a travesty of ignorance and poverty and god knows what other factors. You and others like you are a gift to humanity, and I hope you are well-appreciated. You're right.
