Something that hasn't been studied well is Premarin's decidedly helpful effect for women who have total hysterectomies. I had hysterectomy (including ovaries) when I was 25 and have been on Premarin daily ever since. I'm now 73 and in perfect health, inside and out. No dryness, still feeling desire for sex, youthful heart, and so on.
