Thank you! Yes, I started to stop caring when I was In my 40s, removing needy and toxic friends from my life, doing "my own thing" more and more. Now in my 70s, I still have good friends, good work, a good life, but now not allowing the negative into my world. I left the USA, left divisiveness, avoid religion and politics... adopted more art and nature and kindness and supportive people into life. My health has improved, BP and cholesterol way down... it does make a difference! Great piece. I hope others can find this path before it's too late for them.
