The most valid study I'm familiar with was done by an expat in central France, who determined that keeping LDL cholesterol in suspension—or better, in solution—it would circulate and ultimately be disposed as waste, never settling down as a plaque. What keeps it in solution in the blood? Red wine. That's the cure. Trust me. I'm a doctor.
