This is the only option that makes sense, especially when one considers planetary death by herbicide in the BigAg monoculture farms, and considering the transportation costs and fossil fuel consumption required to deliver mangos and bananas to us. Buy a freezer, learn to can and preserve, buy local. If we all did this, supply chains and inflation wouldn't be such an issue. And, we get the bonus of less carbon pollution in our atmosphere.
